What is Gallery LNAA?

Gallery LNAA — is an art space in Lviv National Academy of Arts. This is a unique non-profit gallery that supports creative initiatives of students. At the same time, gallery is open to hosting events for student development. But most of all, Gallery is valuable because it opens up new names in the academic environment.  In 2020, Gallery turns 5 years old. 

So, it's time to motivate students to join the gallery! 

Our goals

Creating of a visual communication for the youth gallery. Becoming a symbolic «portal to fame» for the young artist and inspire them  to collaborate. Exhibiting in the gallery is easy, just be brave!

Logo idea

The logo shows the premises of the exhibition space on the first floor of the academy. The shape of the logo communicates friendly atmosphere: Gallery is ready to help young artists with the organization of the exhibition. At the same time, the entrance to the gallery is a symbolic portal to a young artist’s transformation into the star.

The logo transforms into the lines coming out of it, like the popularity of student artwork that picks up speed, and begins to spread beyond the gallery. 

Concept

«In the future, everyone will be world-famous for 15 minutes.»  This quote has become Andy Warhol most well-known statement. It served as an idea for the Gallery LNAA brand concept. Gallery LNAA is a place to get your first rays of fame. Also,  getting your full 15 minutes of fame becomes possible by using students’ photos on social media and telling stories about them. 

Gallery LNAA — The Star Transformation Portal!

The idea of corporative graphics
We used the image of the portal and the light falling from it. When you exhibit your work, the artist exposes it to the light from the portal. Oop, and a magical beam spreads the glory of your art work. This is visualized in the corner that comes away from the logo image and is filled with new work each time.
